Prior to completing and submitting a RAD Application, agencies should -
Review and understand required agency actions and resident meetings as detailed in the most recent RAD Notice in the HUD RAD Library (beginning on p. 82 of RAD Rev3)
Be sure to provide affected PHA residents a RAD Resident Information Notice or RIN prior to the first of the two meetings that a PHA must conduct with residents prior to submitting a RAD application. A sample RIN can be found here
